As a linguist, I spent years studying how people actually communicate—recording conversations, analyzing patterns, understanding what makes interactions work or break down. This scientific foundation shapes everything I do as a coach.
My entrepreneurial journey began when I founded The API Guys in 2015, where I've led programming teams developing custom integrations for small businesses and nonprofits. This hands-on experience taught me that technical expertise alone isn't enough—effective leadership requires understanding people, communication, and change.
